This policy is a draft for Skin+ Labs to review before the site goes live.
The terms that apply when you buy from Skin+ Labs, whether you order formulas in plain packaging, under your own white label or as a custom formulation.
Who we are
Skin+ Labs is a trading name of Giuliano Pty Ltd, ABN 60 075 412 207, based in Young NSW. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Giuliano Pty Ltd, and “you” means the business or practitioner placing an order.
Who can order
We supply businesses and practitioners, including clinics, cosmetic nurses, dermal therapists, GPs offering skin services, pharmacies, beauty therapists and skincare brands.
We may ask for business details, such as your ABN, before we accept an order, and we may decline any order.
Prices and GST
Prices on this site are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST at 10% is added on your invoice, on goods and on freight. Freight is a flat rate per order, shown on your invoice.
Prices may change. The price shown on your invoice for your order is the price that applies to it.
Plain packaging orders
Plain packaging orders are formulas from our range in our standard container, with no label. You send your order through this site and we email you an invoice; nothing is charged online.
We confirm pricing, freight and minimum quantities on your invoice and process your order once it is paid.
White label orders
A white label order is a request for a label proof. Nothing is charged online when you send it.
We prepare a proof for each label design and send it to you with an invoice. Production starts only after you approve the proof in writing and pay the invoice.
Your label artwork
Check each proof carefully before you approve it. You are responsible for:
- the accuracy of your label artwork, including your brand name, logo, wording and spelling
- having the right to use any name, logo or artwork you give us
- your finished label meeting Australian labelling requirements for cosmetics
Custom formulation
Custom formulation is quoted separately. These terms apply to custom work alongside the quote we give you.
Minimum order quantities
Minimum order quantities apply as we advise for each order.
Delivery and risk
We deliver within Australia. International delivery is available on request.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Our shipping and returns policy has more detail on delivery.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If goods arrive faulty, damaged or not as ordered, tell us through our contact form within 7 days of delivery, with your order details, so we can look into it with you.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms on this page when you place an order are the terms that apply to that order.
